I. Warranty Service

(1) Warranty: 1 year.

(2) Warranty Start Date: The acceptance date.

(3) Maintenance: Each year before your company begins using the product, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance. The specific time and coordination personnel need to be arranged in advance by your company.

(4) Inspection and Maintenance Items: Including lock status, software, and appearance checks. If any damage occurs during the warranty period (excluding man-made damage), our company will provide free repairs.

(5) Repair Report: After each repair, our staff will issue a maintenance, adjustment, and repair report, which will be signed and confirmed by both parties.

(6) Daily Maintenance Process: Our customer service staff will record your call, clarify the fault description, and repair personnel will remotely guide you to resolve the issue. If the phone guidance cannot fix the issue, a technician will be sent to the site for repair. After the repair is completed, a repair form will be filled out to describe the fault and its resolution, which will be signed by the person in charge.


II. Post-Warranty Service Plan

After the warranty period expires, our company will provide ongoing services, with two optional solutions based on customer needs:

(1) Annual Maintenance Plan: Our company will be responsible for at least two maintenance and inspections each year. The labor costs, travel expenses, spare parts, and accessories (excluding personal injury or damage) will be borne by our company.

(2) Scheduled Maintenance Plan: After receiving your maintenance request, our company will send personnel to provide on-site service, with labor and parts costs borne by your company. Our company will also provide training to your staff on daily maintenance methods.


III. Service Commitment

Warranty Period:

(1) Quality issues arising from repairs, replacement of parts, and related materials will be the responsibility of our company.

(2) For man-made damage, our company can repair the product, but any damaged parts will require payment.


IV. After the Warranty Period Ends

(1) Our company provides lifetime maintenance, but users are responsible for labor and material costs.

(2) Our company can also provide charging upgrades and improvement services based on customer requirements.
